We have initiated formal continuous improvement processes for which we maintain certification. These certifications, recognized worldwide as continuous improvement platforms, include ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004.

We ensure accountability throughout our businesses by conducting formal lessons learned sessions. In addition, we encourage a culture of continuous improvement through fostering the belief that everything we do can be improved upon. We conduct formal lessons learned sessions and post project reviews for every project we undertake. If we don't achieve the results we set out to, we look for areas of improvement within our processes, and if we do achieve the results we planned for, we seek ways to ensure that we can replicate that success.
